Hi, I’m Andreas.
I’m an agile coach, product owner and advisor at Sopra Steria. Most of my work happens where business, technology and people meet — helping organisations move from projects to products, and helping teams and leaders make that shift real.
Before consulting I worked in Norwegian banking, at Sparebanken Vest and Sbanken. Today I spend much of my time with Dynamics 365 product teams, and the rest thinking and writing about why some organisations manage to change while others just reorganise.
